The Chinook Musical Society is a non-profit organization that hosts a series of concerts each year under the name

"Saturday Night Special".

 

Our objective is to provide access to high-quality musical acts at reasonable prices. We strive to present a range of entertainment that will appeal to a diverse audience. Although the Society has traditionally presented performers from the folk and country music genres, we have ventured into blues, folk rock, western, and Celtic music without sacrificing the quality that has become expected of our concerts. While we do bring in acts from all over North America and the world, we are especially proud to showcase Canadian and Alberta talent.
